Knowledge of Data Analysis and Interpretation is in the Expert Range

Mr. Howell’s strengths in data analysis, communication, advocacy and confidentiality have been made clear. First, his knowledge of data analysis and interpretation is in the expert range as he helped me with Cape’s discipline data to determine the Relative Rate Index (RRI) when comparing our disaggregated discipline data. Furthermore, Mr. Howell and I have had many committee meetings that we have hosted and presented together including a Community Meeting explaining our successes and next steps.
